Can I use the "@mention" functionality in the mobile app?

Yes!

Is there an app for tablets?

The Android app will work on Android tablets.  There is not an iPad app, however you can use the iOS app on your iPad, or use our website on the iPad

Is the mobile app functionality different from the web app?

The mobile apps will have most of the same functionality as the web apps, except for the following:

  • Reporting
  • Account Settings
  • Import / export
  • Suggested contacts (can be done on Android)
  • Calendar view

Can I use the Chrome Gmail extension through the mobile app?

You can't use the Chrome extension in the mobile app, however, soon you will be able to use the Gmail extension functionality in your Mobile Gmail app.

Can I see my ProsperWorks contacts on my phone?

You will be able to access your ProsperWorks contacts through the mobile app, however if you want to see information in your caller ID, you will need to enable 1-way sync to Google Contacts (Settings > Google Sync > check the box for 1-way sync).  If you are on an Android phone, your phone will read your Google Contacts.  If you are on an iPhone you will first need to move your synced contacts in Google Contacts from the ProsperWorks folder (labeled with "ProsperWorks"), to the My Contacts folder.  Then your will need to follow these steps to add your Google Contacts to your iPhone Contacts

Can I use GPS functionality?

For iOS, when you view a record the address will be displayed on the map.

Can I log phone calls as activity?

Currently as of 6/8/2017 this feature is in beta for Android devices but will be released soon.

 

How do I use a voice typing feature so I can speak notes instead of typing them?

If you have an iOS device, it is built into the keyboard — the “microphone” icon next to the space bar activates it.

If you have an Android device, you use the default google keyboard there is a microphone icon built into the keyboard.
