Pipeline Summary Reports

Pipeline Summary Reports

Pipeline Summary Reports allow you to see an overview summary of your Pipeline by stage distribution based on Opportunity close date. Please note the default time frame is set to three months starting with the current date. Click on the filter icon in the top right to modify the date range for close date, filter for assignee, source, tags, and much more!

Pipeline Summary Total:

Pipeline Summary Total shows the total value of all Opportunities in your Pipeline in the specified date range. Hover over the bars in the bar graph to see the total value in that stage. Clicking on the row beneath the bar graph that corresponds to the different stages in your Pipeline will bring you to the Opportunities tab displaying the Opportunities that were calculated in that stage.

Pipeline Summary Weighted:

Each stage of your Pipeline may have different win probability percentages. An Opportunity in the first stage of your Pipeline will have a lower probability of winning when compared to an Opportunity that you have moved through your Pipeline to the final stages. You can customize these win probability percentage by going to System Settings > Pipelines (under Customize ProsperWorks) > Click the edit icon next to the Pipeline you wish to customize. The Pipeline Summary Weighted report takes into consideration this win probability by multiplying the total value of Opportunity in a specific stage in your Pipeline and multiplying it against the Win probability percentage associated with that stage.

Hover over the bars in the bar graph to see the total value in that stage. The lighter blue is the total value of the Opportunities in that stage, and the darker blue is the total value multiplied by the win probability percentage of that stage. Clicking on the row beneath the bar graph that corresponds to the different stages in your Pipeline will bring you to the Opportunities tab displaying the Opportunities that were calculated in that stage.

Ok this is just shocking folks: why cant we create reports that include name and phone number? We manage to create reports using the above recommendation but it doesnt allow us to include a phone number in the export. We have been trying to figure a way around this for a year now. Currently we are ready to cancel our subscription - its that frustrating!

Exporting opportunities by itself doesnt work either (NO PHONE OR EMAIL). For those wondering why we would want this we like to take our lost and abandoned sales and create new incentives for them in the new year, by passing the data over to marketing.

Hi James, the opportunity primary contact information, along with other fields, will be included in the Google Sheets Add-On export shortly. I will keep this thread posted with the timing. Thank you for your patience. Ursula

Thanks Ursula, can you give us any indicators on time as we are now evaluating other CRM's and it would save us a lot of time and energy having to move systems. Thanks
