 Sales By Assignee, Source, and Loss Reasons Reports

 

The Sales By Assignee, Source, and Loss Reasons Reports allows you to see powerful business performance insights to what works and what doesn't work. Please note the default time frame for these reports are set to half a year starting with two months prior to the current date. Click on the filter icon in the top right to modify the date range for close date, filter for assignee, source, tags, and much more!

Hover over the bars in the bar graph to see the total value of the Opportunities that correspond to that bar in the bar graph. The rows beneath the bar graph will show you Opportunities breakdown of the Opportunities in that time frame. Clicking on the row will bring you to the Opportunities tab displaying the Opportunities included in that calculation.

Sales by Assignee Report

The Sales by Assignee Report is a great tool to see which team member is winning deals! This report allows you to easily see Sales and Win Rate by Assignee.

For sales managers, this is a great tool to see how your team members are performing and to identify your star player!

For sales team members, this is a great tool to see how you're stacking up against the team!

Hover over the bars in the bar graph to see the total value of the Opportunities that correspond to that bar in the bar graph. The rows beneath the bar graph will show you Opportunities breakdown of the Opportunities in that time frame. Clicking on the rows beneath the bar graph that corresponds to the different team members will bring you to the Opportunities tab displaying the Opportunities assigned to that team member that were included in that calculation.

 

Sales by Source Report

The Sales by Source Report allows you to identify best performing Leads generation campaigns. This report gives you a clear picture of your top Opportunities sources that yield the most successful Opportunities. This will help you prioritize these higher quality Opportunities and also tell you what sources to invest in further! 

Hover over the bars in the bar graph to see the breakdown of the total value of the Opportunities that came from that source with close dates in that specified time frame. The rows beneath the bar graph displays the breakdown of the Opportunities from that source in that specified time frame with the total value at the end of the row. Clicking on the row will bring you to the Opportunities tab displaying the Opportunities that came from that Opportunity source and has an Opportunity close date in the specified date range which were included in that calculation.

 

 

Sales by Loss Reasons Report

The Sales by Loss Reason Report allows you to identify trends in why you are losing deals. This report is a great tool to identify the most common reasons for lost Opportunities and to focus time and efforts to addressing this.

Hover over the bars in the bar graph to see the total value of the lost Opportunities caused by that Loss Reason with close dates in that specified time frame. The rows beneath the bar graph displays breakdown of those Opportunities in the specified time frame by count (# of Lost Opportunities) and total value of those Lost Opportunities. Clicking on the row will bring you to the Opportunities tab displaying the Opportunities that came from that Opportunity source and has an Opportunity close date in the specified date range which were included in that calculation.

 

Multiple Pipelines

You can switch between Pipelines by selecting it in the Pipeline drop-down menu:
