With Custom Activity Types, ProsperWorks now allows you to tailor your CRM to more closely match your business process. By being able to log and filter for Custom Activity Types, you can now easily access the most relevant information with a just a few clicks!
Important: Only admins of your ProsperWorks account can create custom fields
1 - Log into ProsperWorks using an Admin account
2 - Click on the ProsperWorks Menu in the top left corner
3 - Click on System Settings
4 - Select Activity Types under Customize ProsperWorks
5 - Click on Create New Activity Type
6 - Enter a Name for the Activity Type
7 - Select an Icon that will display in the activity feed for this new Activity Type
8 - Decide if you would like this new Activity Type to be counted as an interaction.
**If enabled the logged activities of this type will affect interaction fields. Interactions will appear on the details page for the record and in the list view of the records if enabled. You can sort and filter by interaction fields.
9 - Click on Save
