Note: Only administrators can customize detail field order. At this time, it is not possible to re-order custom fields. If this is a feature you want, please make a feature request here.
Sometimes you are in records for People, Companies, Opportunities, Tasks, Projects, and Leads and there are fields you do not want to see. This article will show you how to hide or re-order them.
1 - Log into ProsperWorks as an Administrator
2 - Click on the ProsperWorks Menu in the top left corner
3 - Click on System Settings
4 - Click on Detail Field Order under the "Customize ProsperWorks" section in the left panel
5 - Select the Record Type (People, Companies, People, Opportunities, Tasks, Projects, Leads)
6 - To reorder the fields, simply click the field and drag it where you want it to go
7 - To hide unwanted fields, drag the field and drop it under "Inactive Fields"
Changes will then be reflected on the details page of that record type!
