If you have an active subscription to ProsperWorks but the Gmail Chrome Extension is stuck on a Trial Account, you will need to clear your Chrome History and Cache:
- Access your 'Chrome Settings' ⇨ 'History'
- Have these ticked:
- - Cookies and other site and plugin data
- - Cached images and files
- - Hosted app data
- - Content licenses
[All other tick-boxes are optional.]
3. Click 'Clear browsing data'
4. Refresh your Gmail
