My Chrome Extension is stuck in trial mode

If you have an active subscription to ProsperWorks but the Gmail Chrome Extension is stuck on a Trial Account, you will need to clear your Chrome History and Cache:

  1. Access your 'Chrome Settings' ⇨ 'History'
  2. Have these ticked:
  • - Cookies and other site and plugin data
  • - Cached images and files
  • - Hosted app data
  • - Content licenses

[All other tick-boxes are optional.]

3. Click 'Clear browsing data'
4. Refresh your Gmail
