Open Tracking isn't Tracking

    1. You must be on a Professional or Business Plan

    2. If the receiver of the email has some sort of extension installed on their browser (usually an ad-blocking extension), the tracker will not recognize the email has been read.

    3. If the receiver of the email has images disabled it will not count as an open tracked email.

    my tracking seems to have stopped I have checked it with my own company and none are viewed please advise I am paid in full and I have pro. this happen last week

    This seemed to start on the 26th of sept my controller viewed every email and nothing showed we have nothing blocked and imaging is on.

    Experiencing similar issue where out of 10 emails (all were tracked) only 3 will display in tracking center. Rest are not displayed at all. What may be the cause of this? Thanks!

    This started 4 weeks ago it has not been working since I have tested it with my own company no we do not have any blockers and Imaging is on still not working. this is the primary reason I purchased this product it is not working.
    issues as follows
    1 emails not showing in tracking view
    2 those that do are not being tracked
    3 support taking time to respond
    4 software has been uninstalled and reinstalled no change
    5 tested all clients in email contacts all have not processed
    6 customers participated with test and none were blocked all had imaging on
    7 paperwork appears on email in the upper left side but not in CRM.

    I have managed to fix my previous issue with tracking (mentioned @ October 11, 2017 11:51 post).

    The culprit was my signature and how prosperworks tracking function works, in specific it attaches a tiny invisible image to each email you send out. Each time someone opens your email and downloads pictures within it, Prosperworks provides you this information of who and when opened (downloaded) it. For each new email it creates a unique invisible image.

    In specific I was editing / creating a signature, and somehow the Tiny invisible image which Prosperworks attaches to an email in order to track it, got copied with my signature, which results in all emails being messed up in tracking center.

    Solution was quite simple: Create a new message, Untick "Prosperworks Track Email" Function, Ctrl + A (to delete all text in the message and delete the invisible image), re-create signature.

    Now it works perfectly fine. Hope this helps!

    I would agree however I do not use a signature on my emails

    I have the same problem - email open tracking has stopped working
