How do I send bulk emails?

We often get asked how you can bulk send email to customers leveraging email templates or canned messages. This is not a core capability of ProsperWorks, but through integrations it is possible to send bulk campaigns using templated content. Here are four suggestions to send email in bulk and use templates.

 

 

A. Use our integration with MailChimp

B. Use the Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM) add-on

1. Install the ProsperWorks Google Sheets Add-on to get a spreadsheet of all your Leads (or what you want to email) in Google sheets.


2: Once you have installed it, you will have the option to pull in your ProsperWorks data.

4. Is the add-on not giving back all your fields? Go to System Settings -> Export data. The export will include all your fields. Then you can upload it to a Google sheet and use YAMM.
