We often get asked how you can bulk send email to customers leveraging email templates or canned messages. This is a feature inside ProsperWorks, but we also have other options through integrations and other tools!
A. Use our Bulk Send email feature inside ProsperWorks
With ProsperWorks Bulk Send feature, you can quickly send emails to multiple contacts without losing your personal touch.
When selecting multiple records you will have the option to compose a bulk email at the top of the list view:

C. Use the Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM) add-on
1. Install the ProsperWorks Google Sheets Add-on to get a spreadsheet of all your Leads (or what you want to email) in Google sheets.
2: Once you have installed it, you will have the option to pull in your ProsperWorks data.
2. Once you have completed the install, set-up YAMM.

4. Is the add-on not giving back all your fields? Go to System Settings -> Export data. The export will include all your fields. Then you can upload it to a Google sheet and use YAMM.
